Set a goal, train for it & smash it!! Do a Yoga Mala - a MARATHON of 108 sun salutations or run 26.2 miles… plus, if you want to add a yoga challenge to your run, do 26 sun salutations!
Or do a HALF MARATHON of 54 sun salutations or run a 13.1 miles… plus maybe 13 sun salutations! You can define YOUR challenge how YOU want!
You can do the challenge altogether on one day. Or break it into smaller, more manageable chunks such as 9 sun salutations over 12 days or vice-versa, or do any number each day you wish, as a great way to build a daily yoga habit! Or you can run 1 mile every day for 108 days or 54 days to build a daily running habit!
