When & where?
Weekly semi-private training sessions will be Saturdays at 10:15am at SLK Wellness beginning on January 9th (Jan 9,16,23,30 and Feb 6,13,20,27) so we can start out the year on track. They will consist primarily of bodyweight & fitness band exercises. Due to the coronavirus, bands cannot be shared and you must purchase your own. If you have not already bought them from me, then be sure to purchase those as well when you register!

LEARN YOGA BASICS
​4-CLASS SERIES

This 4-class series is designed for true beginners and thus will proceed slowly, provide explanations, and cultivate an open, comfortable environment in which questions are welcome & encouraged as each student learns & practices breathing, meditation, yoga postures & relaxation. It will be capped at 8 participants so that each student will get a lot of instructor feedback along the way so they won’t feel lost. Classes will meet via Zoom at 5:30pm Mondays, December 7,14,21,28. Cost: $60.

YOGA & MEDITATION FOR FERTILITY
​Yoga & meditation can significantly reduce stress. One study showed a 20% reduction in just six weeks of practice. As stress levels decrease, hormones are restored to healthier levels in both men & women. Studies have even shown stress reduction can increase sperm count. Join this 6-week series of gentle, beginner-level classes in yoga & meditation to learn several techniques geared toward aiding fertility - individually or as a couple! Classes will be Sundays 11:30-12:30, Sept 13,20,27 and Oct 4,11,18. Due to Covid distancing requirements, space is limited, so don’t wait!

PERSONAL TRAINING:

​My philosophy is that my clients should not only be training while with me, but our training time should also equip clients with the knowledge, skills & confidence to also perform training independently in between our sessions. My approach will include a blend of cardio, bodyweight & functional movements, use of bands, sandbells & TRX, and dietary guidance along with baseline & periodic follow-up assessments of fitness to track progress. We will begin with an initial 90-minute session that will include assessment, goal-setting & planning, and your first workout, and each session thereafter will be 60-minutes.

Your private bachelorette, birthday, or other event party includes exclusive use of the studio for 2 hours & a yoga and/or meditation practice of your choice. ESTABLISH YOUR OWN HOME PRACTICE: Have you always wanted to do yoga on your own at home, perhaps on days in between your group classes or perhaps because you are unable or prefer not to participate in group classes. In this one-on-one series of four 90-minute sessions you will learn to eliminate the “all or nothing” mindset that makes a home practice seem daunting, build a foundational sequence, and learn ways to alter your foundational sequence to introduce some variation or to change its length to fit your available time on any given day. You will receive a written record of your foundational sequence to refer back to after the training ends. Days & times to be arranged. Cost: $190.
